Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist who is passionate about
data-driven marketing and can deliver measurable results. You will be responsible for creating,
managing, and optimising digital ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram,
and others to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop, execute, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid
channels.
● Conduct A/B testing on creatives and landing pages to improve performance.
● Track, measure, and analyse performance data to ensure campaigns meet performance
goals (CPC, CPA, ROAS).
● Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives.
● Continuously research industry trends to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
Requirements:
● Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with numbers and derive actionable insights.
● Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Facebook Ads
Manager.
● Excellent communication and organisational skills.
