Refund and Cancellation Policy


GenX24 aims for customer satisfaction with every project. Please refer to our refund and cancellation policies below:

  1. Refunds
    Services: Due to the nature of digital marketing services, upfront fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
    Productized Services: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days from the date of approval.
    Physical Products: If any physical product is found to be defective, customers can request a replacement or refund within 14 days of receiving the item. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned product.
  2. Cancellations
    Service Subscriptions: Clients may cancel service subscriptions by providing written notice 14 days prior to the next billing cycle.
    One-Time Services: Cancellations for one-time services like funnel creation or web development must be requested within 24 hours of purchase to be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval. If the payment was made through Razorpay, the refund amount will be credited directly to your bank account.
