1. Introduction
   By using GenX24’s services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. GenX24 offers digital marketing services such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Funnel Creation, LinkedIn Management, Web Development, and Telemarketing. In the future, we may offer productized services, and by continuing to use our services, you accept these future updates as well.
2. Service Scope
   We provide digital marketing and development services that help ecommerce brands and service businesses grow. These include, but are not limited to, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Funnel Creation, LinkedIn Management, Web Development, and Telemarketing.
3. Payment Terms
   All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Clients agree to pay the fees as outlined in the proposal or invoice for the services requested.

Upfront Fees: Due at the beginning of the service period.
Recurring Fees: Due at the end of each billing cycle.
Productized Services: Payments for productized services are to be made in full at the time of purchase unless stated otherwise.

4. Intellectual Property
   All designs, content, and proprietary technologies created during the service period remain the property of GenX24 unless explicitly transferred in writing.
5. Termination
   GenX24 reserves the right to terminate services for any client who fails to comply with these terms, including failure to make payments on time.
